How to Rent — RPW Lighting

Here’s how to rent the equipment you’ll need for your production.

1. Gear Request Form. We’ll make sure the equipment you need is available for the duration of your shoot. If anything is unavailable, we’ll notify you and provide suggestions for similar equipment.

2. Credit Card Authorization Form & Payment. Before the equipment can go out on rental, we keep a credit card on file until the rental is complete (Your card will not be charged during the rental period). Once the rental has concluded, an invoice will be sent for you to pay by credit card, eCheck, Zelle, or paper check within 15 days of receiving said invoice.

3. Insurance. We require all productions to have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before any equipment is taken out. This COI should be valid for the duration of the rental period with the following information:

RPW Lighting must be listed as a Certificate Holder
RPW Lighting must be listed as “an additional insured and loss payee”
COI must include the following coverage
- General Liability
- Rented/Leased Equipment that will cover the replacement value of the rented equipment

4. Quote Approval & Rental Agreement. A quote will be sent to the email you provided on your Gear Request Form. Before any equipment can be taken out, you’ll need to:
